In neetoCRM we have many entities. Go to
Settings
->General
->Taxonomy
and you would see list of entities such as lead, contact, deal, meeting etc.These are standard names which are used across all industries. But it might be possible some other term would be used for this entities.
For example lead is a potential customer for which we receive enquiry. In healthcare industry this lead means patient. So here you can update lead with custom label ie patient. Similarly meeting can be called as appointment or site visit. This changes would reflect across neetoCRM ie you will now get an option to add new patient instead of add new lead, similarly for all other entities.
Hence, as per your industry standards and terms you can update entities in neetoCRM.
