Visibility on sync mails

  • In neetoCRM, you can assign a lead/deal to synced emails from your google account. These emails are then visible on lead/deal's page.

  • By default, all synced emails are private and only the user whose google account is synced can see the synced emails on lead/deal. But there can be cases when you might want to share the email or make it visible with your team members.

  • You can update the visibility on emails from private to public so that it is visible to others. Public synced mails can only be visible to all team members on lead/deal show page ie if its attach to lead/deal.

  • You can update visibility of synced emails from below options:

    • Go to Mails -> Synced/Sent mails -> Mails show page -> Visibility on right hand side .

    • Go to Mails -> Synced/Sent mails -> Select multiple mails -> Take update visibility bulk action on selected mails.
