Organization specific email in NeetoCRM is used to capture leads. Your organization would be assigned a unique email, which we term an organization specific email. It is system-generated and can't be changed.
Assuming your organization's name is spinkart , then the organization-specific email for your organization would be [email protected]
Any mail received on [email protected] would be captured in NeetoCRM. A lead would be created based on sender details. For example, if a customer has sent a mail to organization-specific email from its mail id [email protected] then a lead of Bigbinary would be created with the contact name Oliver. Received mail would then be attached to the created lead.
